Masala Chai – Indian Spiced Tea
Ingredients: CTC, cloves, cinnamon and cardamom.
Health Benefits: We picked a robust tea and infused it with the finest spices to give you a comforting cup of chai every single time. The combination of spices, especially cinnamon and clove help strengthen the immune system.
Available as – 20gms
1.First bring water to a boil. If adding sugar, do so now.
2.Add 2gms per cup (150ml) to the boiling water.
3.Now add the milk and boil for 3-4 minutes.
4. Cover with a lid and wait for 1-2 minutes before straining into cups.
5. Strain and enjoy your favourite tea.
